British Volleyball are Proud to partner with LimbPower

Limb Power was launched in November 2009 to engage amputees and individuals with limb impairments in physical activity, sport and the arts to improve quality of life and to aid lifelong rehabilitation. In July 2014 LimbPower became a National Disability Sports Organisation

LimbPower supports amputees, individuals with limb difference and their families to bridge the gap between hospital rehabilitation and community and school engagement to rebuild lives and improve physical, social and mental well-being. Should an individuals want to pursue sport, LimbPower helps amputees and people with limb impairment reach their sporting potential.

LimbPower and The British Volleyball Federation work together to help create better pathways for those individuals with limb impairments that want to participate in sport, and showcase Sitting Volleyball as a great avenue for a social, competitive environment to join.

Limbpower run a host of annual events that British Volleyball attend; introducing sitting volleyball during the Family Fun Day, giving children and young people a chance to try sitting volleyball in the Junior LimbPower Games, or allowing adults to have a go at the LimbPower Games.
